The Office

The Office for
Public Therapy Politics.

The Office for Public Therapy Politics is an independent film, research and creative studio working across documentary, immersive media, artistic research and curatorial practice.

Projects often begin with long-term research and evolve across different forms — film, installation, fieldwork, public programmes and emerging media — according to the questions being investigated.

The studio works internationally with filmmakers, artists, researchers, cultural institutions and interdisciplinary collaborators.

Approach

Nonfiction across observation, participation, performance, technology and research.

The Office is interested in forms of nonfiction capable of moving between observation, participation, performance, technology and research. Its work focuses particularly on situations where political, technological and environmental systems become visible through everyday life.
